This page is a redesign I did for the USAA Health Insurance storefront. Part of the process included a design sprint as well as user testing.
During the open enrollment period of 2015, online only digital sales for the USAA health insurance product were at just 23%. In 2017, after my new design was launched, online sales of the USAA health insurance product rose to 63%.
